Many managers have neither training nor education in management. Fortunately, good management is not about innate qualities, but about trainable skills.
We tailor our in-house programme that provides the knowledge, insight and skills needed to exercise good and effective management. At Execu, we are experts in developing good leaders.
All our programs are based on research and proven methods that we know are effective, and are continuously optimized in line with developments in science and technology.
Our experienced employees have expertise in leadership, change and people in organizations — combined with solid business acumen.
The Execu method of effective learning
Self-insight
Learning and development require self-awareness. It is about giving the individual manager an increased understanding of their own motivation and behavior, and what effect one has on others. That's why we offer the NEO-PI-3 (Big5) personality test in all our programs.
Social learning
We learn best with others. That's why self-directed learning groups are part of all our programs. The learning groups consist of 4-5 participants who meet regularly through the program to share, support and challenge each other.
Positive energy
We are committed to using humour and engagement to create better learning. Research shows that laughter and learning are positively correlated. The goal is for our participants to exit the rallies with more energy, motivation and confidence than when they entered.
Training on skills
Theory can be good for seeing correlations and understanding why different leadership behaviors can produce different results. But the most important thing in our program is to provide managers with practical and trainable leadership skills that they can try out immediately.
