Tor Åge Skagestad Eikerapen (b. 1978) is a psychologist and specialist in organisational psychology. He has over 15 years of experience in leadership and organizational development. Tor Åge is the founder of Execu and the voice behind Lederpodden. When he's not creating a podcast or working on developing Execu, he's helping changing organizations develop even better leaders and leadership teams.

Ellen Liverød Aasmundtveit (b. 1967) has over 20 years of experience in leadership and organisational development. Ellen has hands-on management experience from the grocery trade and knows what it means to wear the executive shoes. Ellen holds an Executive Master of Management from BI, a coaching degree from UiA and is certified in a wide range of testing and mapping tools. At Execu, Ellen helps our clients with leadership development, trainee programs, leadership team development and individual leadership support.

Sødal Marstad
Andreas Sødal Marstad (b. 1986) is a graduate of Economics and Management from NHH, INSEAD and the Swedish Armed Forces Command School. He has been an intelligence officer in the Armed Forces, a strategy consultant at McKinsey, an HR manager at Anicura and has been part of the management team at several companies. At Execu, Andreas helps our clients develop even better leaders and leadership teams as facilitators and sparring partners.

Per Henrik Stenstrøm (b. 1966) is a trained journalist and has over 25 years of management experience from the media industry. Per Henrik was programme director in P4 from 2009 to 2015. He currently works as an author, speaker and advisor to senior executives. At Execu, Per Henrik works with leadership and management team development.

Per Thunstad (b. 1954) has a degree in sales and management from the University of Southeast Norway. He has over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing and management from the Norwegian tourism industry. In Execu, Per carries the title of Ambassador, which entails responsibility for following up and assisting potential participants on our open leadership development program The Leadership Program.

Nora Thormodsæter (b. 1966) has over 20 years of experience in leadership and organizational development. She has an economics degree from UiA, an Executive Master of Management from BI, a coaching degree from the University of Hedemark and is certified on a number of testing and mapping tools. At Execu, Nora works with individual follow-up of participants in our open and internal company programs.

Christine Wassengen (b. 1989) is the one who brings together all the threads of Execu into a meaningful whole. Christine has a degree in digital marketing and is in the process of becoming a certified coach, and has extensive experience as a self-employed person. Christine is an administrator, coordinator, content producer, support, super user on our most important systems and much more in one person.

Per I. Nordahl (b. 1976) has over 10 years of experience as a management coach for European managers. He holds Executive Master of Management from BI, coaching degree from Hult Ashridge and is certified on numerous test and mapping tools. Per is, among other things, a certified Senior Practitioner EMCC. At Execu, Per works with individual follow-up of participants in our open and internal company programs.
